Unemployed & Displaced Worker Tuition Grant —  Submission Form

Grants available for free tuition and/or reduced tuition.

Designed for unemployed and underemployed Oil, Gas and Energy sector workers, veterans, older workers, ... These grants average about $4,000 to cover the cost of or offset a portion of the cost of tuition, training and certification.

Financial Aid/Training Grants
Designed for unemployed and underemployed Oil, Gas and Energy sector workers; veterans, older workers, minorities, women, youth, employers and just about everyone else. Your educational need and background will determine which grant program will work best for you.


Disadvantaged and dislocated workers.
USEPEC provides training and certification grants to eligible disadvantaged and dislocated workers. These grants average about $4,000 to cover the cost or reduce the cost of tuition/certification(s) and you can continue to collect unemployment insurance, welfare or food stamps while you attend school.


USEPEC individual training grants
USEPEC individual training grants of up to $4,000 to dislocated and displaced workers. While in training you can still collect your unemployment insurance and may be eligible for additional benefits while in training.

The funding grant will cover a portion or up to 100% of

each participant’s tuition, fees, books and certification(s).
